How does Nia work?

Nia answers product, report, and terminology questions from approved PriceDNA product knowledge, including Help and glossary content. When a question requires account-specific or report-specific investigation — or you ask for the team — it can send the conversation to the PriceDNA team for follow-up by email.

What Nia can explain

Nia is the product-support assistant for PriceDNA. It can explain documented topics such as:

  • what PriceDNA does;
  • how goal-convergent valuation works;
  • report sections and metrics;
  • glossary terms;
  • data coverage and methodology concepts captured in Help or the glossary;
  • plans and documented product behavior; and
  • self-service steps covered by PriceDNA Help.

Nia should answer ordinary educational questions directly. It interprets greetings, thanks, confusion, parting language, and mixed conversational turns from their meaning and recent conversation context rather than from a fixed phrase list. A question does not become investment advice merely because it contains words such as property, price, return, risk, or market.

Nia may greet naturally, explain something again in simpler language, acknowledge when an answer helped, or close a conversation warmly. If a message combines social language with a real product question, Nia preserves and answers the product question. Saying goodbye does not automatically close the chat session.

When someone is learning the product, Nia can recommend the product demo, a first analysis, Help, the glossary, methodology, Markets, or the homepage deal-source section. It uses the conversation history to avoid repeating the same next step when the user says they are still lost.

When the PriceDNA team is needed

Some questions require review of information Nia cannot inspect or verify, including:

  • an account-specific billing or access issue;
  • a disputed result in a particular report;
  • a request to investigate private account information; or
  • a question that is not answered by approved PriceDNA knowledge.

You can also ask to send the conversation to the PriceDNA team. The handoff includes the Nia conversation so the team has the context needed to follow up by email.

What Nia cannot do

Nia cannot inspect or change your account, independently verify property facts, promise a support outcome, or act as a licensed investment, legal, tax, insurance, lending, brokerage, or appraisal professional.

It can explain how PriceDNA works and what the documented numbers mean. It should not decide whether you should buy, sell, offer, finance, insure, or take another action on a specific property.
