What is the best way to get started with PriceDNA?

Start with the narrated walkthrough on the demo page, then run one property through PriceDNA and review the PriceDNA Estimate™, gap analysis, deal metrics, and assumptions together. If you want more detail, use Help for workflows, the glossary for individual terms, and methodology for the deeper reasoning behind the platform.

Start with the product demo

The product demo at pricedna.co/demo is a narrated walkthrough of one real analysis, from the address search through every section of the finished report. It runs about five and a half minutes, and the chapter list beside it lets you jump straight to the part you care about, so you can watch the estimate or the ROI path on their own without sitting through the rest.

The short loop on the homepage is the same recording with the narration removed. It shows the shape of the flow; the demo page explains it.

Run one property

Learning becomes easier when the numbers are concrete. Choose a property you already know or one from a public marketplace, broker, auction, direct outreach, or private network. Open New Report, enter the information you have, choose a goal, and review the result.

Focus on four parts first:

  1. the PriceDNA Estimate™, which is the goal-convergent price supported by the assumptions;
  2. the gap between the asking price and the PriceDNA Estimate;
  3. the deal metrics and projections; and
  4. the assumptions that drive the result.

Use the right reference for the question

  • Help explains common workflows and product behavior.
  • The glossary defines individual real estate and PriceDNA terms.
  • Methodology explains the deeper reasoning behind goal-convergent valuation, location intelligence, and other analytical systems.
  • Markets provides local market context before you choose a specific property.

If a step still feels unclear, ask Nia about that specific step: finding a property, entering assumptions, setting a goal, or reading the report.
