During a trial
A trial includes a fixed allowance of 7 analyses for the whole 7-day period. It does not reset partway through.
When you use them all, PriceDNA shows you the option to upgrade and unlock your full plan. Reaching the limit never charges you. Nothing moves until you choose to upgrade, or until the trial converts on the date you were shown at signup.
On a paid plan
When you hit your monthly analysis limit, you cannot run more analyses until more become available.
Your allowance refreshes at the start of each monthly cycle. It is replaced rather than added to, so the analyses included with your plan do not carry into the next cycle. If you need more before then, you can move to a higher-volume plan.
Purchased top-up analyses are the exception, and they are covered below.
Top-up analyses on Max
Max customers can buy a one-time block of extra analyses. These are credit rather than allowance, so they work differently: they do not expire, they are not affected by a renewal or by pausing, and they stay with you if you later move to a lower plan. Your monthly allowance is always spent first, and the top-up covers anything beyond it.
Buying a top-up is available on Max. If you hold a balance and move to a lower plan, you can keep spending it but cannot buy another until you are on Max again.
Upgrades and billing-cycle changes
Changes that increase your available monthly analysis volume apply right away after the billing change is confirmed. Downgrades, cancellations, and some billing changes take effect at the end of the paid period.
Where to check usage
Check your account usage area to see how many analyses you have used and how many remain in the current cycle.
