Where to manage your plan
Open Settings, then Billing, and choose Manage plan.
Cancelling during a trial
Cancel any time before the trial ends and you are not charged. Open Settings, then Billing, and choose to cancel. Your analyses stay available for the rest of the trial period, and the plan you selected does not begin.
If you use all your trial analyses before the trial ends, you can upgrade early to unlock your full plan. Reaching the allowance does not charge you on its own.
Changes that can apply immediately
On a paid plan, a change applies immediately only when both conditions are true:
- the target plan is a strictly higher tier; and
- the change does not move from annual billing to monthly billing.
During a trial, every plan change applies immediately, in either direction. The trial allowance is the same on every plan, so there is nothing to schedule.
After Stripe confirms an immediate change, PriceDNA updates the active plan and monthly analysis quota.
Upgrading partway through a month does not charge you twice. Where a quote can be prepared, it shows the new plan at full price, the credit applied toward it, and the amount due, all before you confirm. Occasionally a quote cannot be prepared, and the dialog says so rather than showing a figure. Analyses you have already used this month carry forward.
Changes that are scheduled
The following changes take effect at the end of the current paid period:
- moving to a lower tier;
- changing the billing interval without moving to a higher tier;
- every annual-to-monthly change, even when the target tier is higher; and
- cancelling a paid plan.
Your current plan and remaining quota stay active until the scheduled effective date.
Annual-to-monthly changes
An annual subscription remains active through its annual commitment. Moving from any annual plan to any monthly plan is scheduled for the annual renewal boundary and does not immediately reset or increase quota.
An annual customer who needs more analysis volume before renewal can move to a higher annual tier. Max customers may also use an available one-time top-up.
Billing confirmation
Stripe is the source of truth for final charges, taxes, credits, payment status, and billing dates. The figures in an upgrade quote are read from Stripe, and the charge Stripe raises is the one that counts.
