Evaluate before you are charged
Every account starts with a 7-day trial that includes 7 full analyses. That is the window to decide whether PriceDNA fits how you work. The charge date and amount are shown before you enter your card, and cancelling any time before the trial ends means you are not charged at all.
Paid plan purchases
Paid plan purchases are non-refundable. Once a charge is completed, cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund charges that have already been paid.
Cancelling
You can cancel from Settings, then Billing. During a trial, cancelling stops the trial from converting. On a paid plan, cancelling stops future renewals and your plan remains available through the end of the billing period you have paid for.
Billing problems
If you believe there was a duplicate charge, a billing error, or another account-specific billing issue, contact the PriceDNA team at hello@pricedna.co.
